Refund policy

At SZYMCZAK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your glassware, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@szymczaksklep.co.uk with your order number. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned goods. We do not accept returns on items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging. Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent. For damaged or defective items, please provide photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery. Custom or personalised glassware cannot be returned unless faulty. SZYMCZAK reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
